Shipping policy


After the order is completed and the status is updated to “Out for Delivery”, this is considered confirmation that the shipping company has officially received the product and delivery procedures have begun. Delivery within Riyadh is completed on the same day with installation included, while delivery outside Riyadh is carried out to the customer’s residence within 2–5 business days from the shipping date. Please note that installation service outside Riyadh is not available, except in major cities where this service is provided as an exception.


If the customer does not respond to the shipping company or refuses to receive the order without a reason related to the product itself, or if the shipment is returned to the warehouse, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees and the cost of re-delivery. This ensures proper delivery flow without delay or disruption.


The shipping company will send a verification code (OTP) to the customer upon delivery. It is extremely important not to share this code with the delivery agent until the packaging has been opened, the product fully inspected, and confirmed to be free from any damage or defects. Sharing the OTP before inspection means the delivery is officially accepted, and no compensation or replacement can be claimed afterward.


If there is visible damage or a defect in the product, the customer has the right to refuse receipt immediately and contact us via WhatsApp so that we may compensate them with a replacement product. We always emphasize the importance of inspecting the item before providing the OTP, to protect customer rights and ensure fair and transparent service.
