We at ALPHA LORA are pleased to offer a premium shopping experience while ensuring customer rights are protected in a way that maintains service quality and achieves full satisfaction. Please note that all return, exchange, or maintenance requests require the original invoice or order number. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, provided there is a clear manufacturing defect or the product does not match the stated specifications at the time of purchase.


Products requested for return or exchange must be in new, unused condition, complete with original packaging and accessories, and must not have been assembled or installed. Custom-made products, or items modified upon the customer’s request in color or size, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the order is cancelled within 48 hours of the invoice being issued. Accessories or items that cannot be repackaged in their original state are not eligible for return or exchange.


All products are covered by the Golden Warranty, which ensures that the type of fabric and dimensions match the product description, noting that product photos are for illustrative purposes and slight variations may occur depending on the selected size. Customers may request a photo of the final product prior to shipping for confirmation. A variance in shade due to lighting or photography is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange unless the difference is major and clearly inconsistent with the requested color.


In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. The item will be repaired within 15 days, and if repair is not possible, the customer is entitled to a replacement product within 30 days, or a refund/credit store balance. If the product requires collection from the customer’s location, a service fee between 150–500 SAR may apply depending on distance and location.
